Winter is affecting my passion for doing this whole challenge. Not only are there less hours of light in the day do the challenges, but I’ve also lost my joie de vivre from lack of sun light.
Yesterday, at 5pm it was dark out already. I complained to my spouse that I didn’t know what to do today for my challenge. I begged for his help.
He came up with a weird challenge: Go over to my neighbors. Then stay for 10 minutes without speaking.
I liked how weird and random it was. Not every idea has to make so much sense. They can just be fun and uncomfortable. And though silly, the challenge still tests my ability to not care what others think.
The idea opened my mind up to many new ideas. I feel reinvigorated!
